What is Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful breathing practice that uses a continuous circular breath to help release stress, stored emotions, tension, and energetic blockages from the body and nervous system. Through intentional breathing, you are guided into a deeper connection with yourself, creating space for clarity, healing, emotional release, self-discovery, and inner peace.
This practice can help you:
-
Reduce stress and anxiety
-
Regulate the nervous system
-
Release emotional blocks and stored tension
-
Increase clarity, confidence, and self-awareness
-
Feel more grounded, connected, and present
-
Access deeper states of relaxation and healing
-
Boost energy and emotional wellbeing
Each session is held in a safe, supportive environment with guided music, grounding, and integration.

Welcome to
In-Person Yoga Classes
Yoga is for everyone and every body and I strive to make this my main focus when I teach my classes. I feel so passionate about working with the community and am fortunate enough to meet so many different unique students.
Whilst training on my course, I learnt so many different styles and forms of Yoga-where I realised Vinyasa Yoga was my ultimate go to practice as it embodies what I am about- feeling strong, feeling energetic and moving smoothly between poses using the breath.

I teach a range of In-person classes from Vinyasa/Power Yoga to Mixed levels and Beginners. I love to see people moving their bodies and hope with the time I take on my class planning that I am fulfilling my students needs. I also like to think I am a welcoming, warm friendly person who will always take the time to listen and offer advice where required. I always aim to give 100% attention to my classes and hopefully this comes across to my students. I understand the importance of keeping safe and adhere to safety guidelines in the light of Covid-19. Social distancing procedures are also in place to ensure your safety.
