Welcome to
Private Yoga Classes

I have now pleased to offer 1-1 classes. In these classes I will discuss with my student their specific goals and what they would like to achieve. I can book in couples, small groups of friends and families and am also flexible with times/days.

Prices start at $65 per hour. ​

Advantages of 1-1 Yoga Classes​

  • Learning posture alignments effective for your body

  • The prevention and healing of injury

  • Learning the basic key Yoga poses

  • Strengthen certain areas of the body

  • Stretching out the tighter areas in the body

  • Help call the body and mind using effective tools such as breathing exercises and Savasana (Guided meditation)

  • Provide a calm and peaceful atmosphere where needed

  • Also classes can be designed specifically to your needs and requirements I.e If you would like to build a stronger core, I will conduct a class centred and designed for this.
