Whether you find it challenging to attend in-person classes regularly, simply prefer practicing at home to supplement your in person classes, or live far away, I extend a warm invitation to you to explore "Online Yoga with Carla B" an online monthly membership portal.

Yoga transcends mere poses and postures, and within this membership, you'll discover targeted practices designed to help you on your Yoga journey. I am so excited to share this with you.

  • Subscribe for only $30 per month.
    (If in U.K £14.80)

  • Each month, you'll receive 4 x 1 hour Yoga classes and also 2 x 20 min mini Yoga classes to practice at your leisure, along with access to ALL previous classes. *** (You will have the option to do the 1 hour classes live)***

  • I will also add 10 minute bursts of Yoga content content if you are short on time but still wish for that Yoga fix. These will also include guided Meditations and relaxing breath exercises

  • You can practice anytime that suits you by logging in.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.
